At careesia (careesia.com), we stand behind the quality of our curated collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags and labels must remain intact and attached.

2. The Return Process

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the specific return instructions and the authorized facility address.
  3. Securely pack your items and ship the package using a trackable shipping service.

3. Shipping Costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, careesia will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Please provide photos in your initial email.

Change of Mind: For all other returns (e.g., style preference or incorrect size ordered), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our authorized facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be returned in accordance with this Refund Policy.
